Ronald Spithout (former president Inmarsat Maritime) appointed chairman of Navarino

Ronald Spithout has been appointed as Chairman of the Board for Navarino.

Having served as President of Inmarsat Maritime and before that as President of Inmarsat Enterprise, positions he held for a combined 10 years, his commercial acumen was put to good use as he oversaw the rollout of Inmarsat’s Fleet Xpress service to the maritime sector. In addition, he has held positions on the Boards of several maritime technology companies, as well as senior roles at Xantic and Stratos Global, among others. His deep industry knowledge and proven track record in driving business expansion are a perfect fit as Navarino enters its next chapter of development.

As Chairman, Ronald will work closely with the Navarino leadership team to define and support precise, strategic initiatives and to further reinforce Navarino’s position as the benchmark provider of maritime technology and connectivity solutions.
