Marlink partnership with TXOne Networks for OT cybersecurity capability

Marlink, a global leader in managed services for business-critical digital solutions, has entered into a strategic partnership with TXOne Networks, a global leader in cyber-physical systems and operational technology security, to strengthen cyber resilience across maritime and industrial operations.
The partnership brings together Marlink’s expertise in managed cybersecurity, connectivity, network and cloud services with TXOne Networks’ purpose-built Operational Technology (OT) security capabilities. Together, the companies will help maritime operators and industrial organisations improve visibility, protection and response across connected IT and OT environments.
As vessels, offshore assets and shore-based industrial sites become more connected, operational technology is increasingly exposed to cyber risk. Systems that were once isolated are now linked to onboard applications, remote access services, cloud platforms and shore-based operations. This creates new challenges for organisations that need to protect operational continuity while also responding to growing regulatory expectations.
For maritime customers, the partnership supports the increasing focus on cyber resilience driven by requirements such as IACS UR E26. For shore-based industrial environments, it helps organisations align their operational security approach with recognised OT security principles such as IEC 62443.
Through the strategic partnership, Marlink and TXOne Networks will help customers reduce complexity and strengthen protection across critical operational environments. The combined approach is designed to support secure digital transformation while protecting vessel, fleet, offshore and industrial performance.
“Digital transformation is creating significant opportunities across maritime and industrial operations, but it also expands the potential cyber-attack surface,” said Nicolas Furgé, President Cyber at Marlink. “Customers need confidence that their operational technology is protected alongside their wider digital infrastructure. Together with TXOne Networks, we are helping organisations secure critical operations, manage regulatory pressure and adopt new technologies with confidence.”
“Protecting operational technology remains fundamental to safe and efficient operations, but customers increasingly require visibility and protection across their entire digital ecosystem,” said Nasser Zayour, Vice President Global Alliances and Channels at TXOne Networks. “Our strategic partnership with Marlink extends the reach of our OT security into a broader cyber resilience framework, helping maritime and industrial operators simplify security across the increasingly connected environments. Together, we are combining world-class managed cybersecurity services with TXOne's purpose-built OT security to help customers strengthen cyber resilience, reduce operational risk, and protect the critical infrastructure that keeps industries running. This partnership reflects our shared commitment to enabling customers to innovate with confidence while maintaining safe, reliable, and resilient operations.”
